Child of Light is a visually lovely RPG that tells a story of bravery, development & escapade. Lemuria is an intriguing setting and Aurora is a young girl who has to wake up and stumble into this magical world after she falls asleep. As for Aurora, she is a Lemurian princess who was assigned with the mission of restoring the sun, moon, and stars stolen by the dark forces. In the process, she learns to stand up for herself & meets a likeable bunch of fanciful companinioners.
It has a pretty and original graphics with watercolor drawing which makes it looks like a real story or fairy tale. The game has the turn system of the fights adding strategic elements from the strategy games, while the interface remains rather simple for any players who wouldn’t necessarily be familiar with RPG’s. This is because through perks, players can choose how Aurora and her companions are to use their skills in Combats and exploration.
